Add your Recipients
Start by adding the people you want to receive your information. They’ll be ready to select when you create each Vault item. Adding someone does not give them access to your Vault.

Smile back. Plan forward.
A thoughtful plan is a practical act of care. Create a plan that gives your loved ones peace of mind. Organize your passwords, accounts, documents, secrets, combinations, arrangements, final wishes, and instructions your loved ones may need, then choose who should receive each item after your death is verified. Your Vault is private. Our controls keep you in control of who receives your information—even after you’re gone.
How it works
Save your passwords, accounts, secrets, and video messages, and specify who receives each item upon your verified death.
Start by adding the people you want to receive your information. They’ll be ready to select when you create each Vault item. Adding someone does not give them access to your Vault.
Save passwords, accounts, documents, secrets, and video messages. Select a Recipient or group for each item, or leave it unassigned. Assigned information is released only after death verification and the required safeguards.
Set out your funeral, memorial, and other final wishes. Make arrangements directly with your chosen service providers, record the agreement, and request payment confirmation so your loved ones know what is already covered.
Private while you plan. Carefully verified before release.
Start your private plan.
Choose the people you want to receive your information.
Assign each item to a Recipient or group. This does not share your information now.
Your information remains protected while the verification process takes place.
They inform Death Professionals and provide supporting information or documents.
The death alert starts a sequence of checks. The alert alone does not release information.
Death-alert notices allow the account holder and connected Recipients to respond.
If you are alive, you can report that the alert is incorrect and stop the release process.
Their responses and any objections become part of the review.
Supporting information is reviewed and required safeguards are completed before release is authorized.
Following verification and manual release authorization, each Recipient can access only the Vault items assigned to them.
Your Vault items are shared only with the person or people you specifically assign to receive them.

Financial accounts, digital services, property, and the information needed to locate them.
Private notes, letters, photos, presentations, and videos intended for particular people.
Wills, trusts, directives, titles, contracts, and supporting records—organized in one place.
Funeral wishes, memorial details, charitable giving, and the providers your trusted people may need.
Support for the people who help
Introduce your business through a public profile, coordinate with families, organize appointments, and confirm prepaid service arrangements in a dedicated professional workspace.
Help residents begin their own private legacy plans. Invite staff and residents, track onboarding, and provide only the assistance each resident authorizes—without automatic access to their Vault.
Providers can connect Google Calendar to view events from their primary Google calendar alongside appointments in Death Professionals. This connection is read-only: we do not create, change, or delete Google events. Events remain private to the connected provider account and are not published in the directory or released to Vault recipients. Providers can disconnect at any time.

Individual by design
Every workspace belongs to one account owner. A spouse, child, relative, advisor, or trustee receives no automatic access simply because they are connected to you.
Private notes and attachments are encrypted before they are uploaded.
Choose different recipients for different records, or leave an item unassigned.
Password or secure email-link sign-in, optional authenticator security, and recovery controls protect the workspace.
A death report alone cannot disclose content or authorize a release.
Important questions
No. It is a private organization and communication workspace. It does not replace a valid will, trust, beneficiary designation, title, contract, or professional advice.
No. Every workspace is individually owned. Trusted people receive no automatic access, and records may be assigned to different recipients—or to no recipient at all.
No. A report only creates a protected review record. Vault content remains blocked while verification, notice, approval, waiting-period, and authorization safeguards are incomplete.
No. Custody, payments, trust administration, and fiduciary services are outside the current software service and would require separate controls and a written engagement.
